IIHM to launch GPT For Hospitality In April

Hyderabad: IIHM (International Institute of Hotel Management) announced to roll out world’s first GPT, ‘NamAIste IIHM HospitalityGPT,’ a generative AI-powered knowledge engine for the hospitality industry. Currently in the testing stage, the platform will be formally launched by Union Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekawat on April 24, 2025, on the International Hospitality Day.
Dr Suborno Bose, Chairman, International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM), made the announcement during the launch of his third book, “Harmonizing Human Touch & AI Tourism and Hospitality.” The IIHM HospitalityGPT will provide students, faculty, hospitality professionals, and industry stakeholders with real-time access to insights, trends, and best practices, a press release mentioned. During the event, a round table conference was held on ‘AI in Hospitality and Tourism.’
